The DSS promotion is valid from 9 JULY - 29 AUGUST 2020
Spend AED250 at any outlet for a chance to win daily instant prizes, weekly Nakheel Malls Gift Cards and cash prizes up to AED350,000.

For the grand prize

• One electronic coupon will be granted with original receipts only for every AED250 purchase, single or cumulative, made any at store at Nakheel Mall for a chance to win the grand prize (cash prize)
• Grand prize draw will be held on the below dates
• 8 August – Cash Prize AED25,000
• Please note cash prizes will be provided in the form of bank transfer or cheque.
• Draw dates are subject to change without prior notice

For the daily instant prizes Play & Win

• One chance per day to play will be granted with original receipts only for AED250 and above purchase, single or cumulative, made all stores at Nakheel Mall from 9 July – 29 August 2020
• Instant prizes & gift Vouchers by retailers can be redeemed only at Nakheel Mall Store before the expiry date of the voucher.
• No Return / No Exchange will be accepted on products bought on instant prizes & gift vouchers by retailer
• This electronic coupon will be valid only on purchases from the participating stores at Nakheel Mall.

General T&C

• Redemption of original receipt(s) will only be accepted until the mall closing time for each day of the campaign period.
• Grocery shopping/invoices will not be accepted for redemption in DSS Spend and Win.
• All winners will be notified by SMS and/or telephone
• The management holds the right to announce the winner’s name on any media chosen by Nakheel Mall.
• Valid identification and participation SMS must be presented to claim the prize
• Prizes cannot be replaced or exchanged for cash or refunded
• Owners and employees of Nakheel Mall outlets, their suppliers and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion
• Nakheel Employees and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion
• The management reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• By entering this campaign, the customer has accepted the above terms and conditions

The right to withhold prizes for any irregularities found in the draw held at Nakheel Mall and/or ineligibility is reserved with the authority in charge at each location.
